Q. How will my order ship?
A. Orders to UK mainland addresses ship for free via ParcelForce.
Q. What is the cut off time for ParcelForce next working day shipments?
A. Your order must be placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Q. Am I on the UK Mainland?
A. ParcelForce's UK Mainland shipping zone does not include UK highlands and islands and Northern Ireland. An additional shipping charge will be applied when shipping orders to these areas.
Q. I have not received my order what should I do?
A. We will contact you to alert you of any delay in the turnaround of your order. If you have not heard from us and have not received your boxes after a few days, please email contact@sbweston.com
Q. My items arrived damaged what should I do?
A. Email a photo to contact@sbweston.com letting us know - we will always replace or refund the value of any items broken in UK transit.
