Q. How will I receive my order?
A. Orders to a UK mainland address ship for free via ParcelForce. We dispatch orders on weekdays only (excluding bank holidays). Our daily order cut off is at 1:00pm. Orders placed after 1pm will not be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Q. Is my address classed as UK Mainland?
A. ParcelForce's UK Mainland shipping zone does not include UK highlands and islands and Northern Ireland. An additional shipping charge will be added at the checkout for orders shipping to these areas.
Q. I have not received my order what should I do?
A. We will contact you to alert you of any delay in the turnaround of your order, so if you have not heard from us and have not received your order after a few days, please email contact@sbweston.com
Q. My order arrived broken what should I do?
A. Email a photo to contact@sbweston.com letting us know - we will always replace or refund the value of any items broken in UK transit.
